Products offered on wileyxaustralia.com.au are warranted by Wiley X USA to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

If a product purchased from Wiley X Australia fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will make a request to the manufacturer, Wiley X USA, to repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at their discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.

Proof of purchase from our store must be provided for all warranty claims.

Wiley X Australia is an independently owned company and does not provide warranty replacement for items purchased from other stores. If the item was not purchased from Wiley X Australia, please contact the retailer you purchased from regarding any warranty claims.
